Many of our produce is organic but we also sell other non-organic produce. We use a Fairtrade system, which supports local farmers and ensures fair trading for our clients.
The produce that we sell is delivered to our doorstep or online. All of our food is free from antibiotics and other chemicals, and fertiliser used in our dairy and poultry farming is recycled. Our eggs are free from any chemicals and pesticides. We don’t use any food packaging, such as boxes or plastic bags, which contain Bisphenol A (BPA), a known hormone affecting sperm. All of our meat and fish is organically raised or wild-caught.
Our Melon Organic Farm is located in a sheltered valley and the produce that we sell is grown in its own ponds and paddies using a sustainable and environmentally friendly farming system. The ponds and paddies are stocked annually with school and community fish, providing an excellent source of food. Some of the fish we use are hormone testing, ensuring that they are free from any contaminants.
